1. General Agreement
By commissioning gigis_lab , you are agreeing to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before submitting a request.
• I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
• The prices listed on my price sheet or provided in our communication are subject to change.
. If I request to keep the commission private it must keep private under all circumstances , that means you won’t be able to post in any social media.
• Once a commission is accepted, these terms are binding.
2. Payment
• All prices are in USD
• Payment is accepted via PayPal.
• Full Upfront:Full payment is required before any work begins.3. Process and Revisions
• The turnaround time for a commission is an estimate and may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and my current workload. I will provide an estimated completion date upon acceptance.
• I will provide work-in-progress (WIP) updates at key stages (e.g., sketch, line art, flat colors).
• Revisions:
• Minor revisions at the rest of the phases, line art. Flat color and final work (e.g., color adjustments, small detail changes)
• Major revisions at the sketch phase(e.g., significant pose changes, complete redesign) requested after the initial sketch approval will incur an additional fee, based on the scope of the change.
• Once the artwork is finalized and delivered, any further revisions will be treated as a new commission and charged accordingly.
4. Use License :
• The Client can use the artwork for commercial and personal purposes5. Cancellations and Refunds
• By the Client:
• If the Client cancels a commission before the sketch stage, a full refund (minus any transaction fees) may be issued.
• If the Client cancels a commission after work has begun, the refund will be proportional to the work already completed (minus the non-refundable deposit, if applicable).
• No refunds will be issued once the final artwork has been delivered.
• By the Artist:
• I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time. If this occurs, the Client will receive a full refund, regardless of the progress made.
6. Disclaimer
I am not responsible for the printing quality of the artwork if printed by a third party. Colors may vary slightly between the digital file and the printed piece.➡️ Commission Request Checklist:
